Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: We are excited to be recruiting for this key position, reporting into General Operation Manager - Nutrition, we are looking for an experienced professional to translate Market category & brand objectives for pharmacy channel into country/channel category objectives in coordination with the sales teams. Key Responsibilities: - You are responsible for developing and grooming champion regional activities & country specific promotional process for Pharmacy Channels per category (defining objectives, briefing, coordinating the implementation, & evaluating all promotions). Provide recommendations & corrective actions during MBPC meetings. - You are accountable to conduct market visits in the country across all Pharmacy Channels focusing on POP drivers, shelf life, competitor activities and recommend actionable solutions within the trade channels. - Effective new product launches and/or line extensions on a country level is part of your job which you excel it through the implementation plan and organizing category roadshows/ presentations for the sales team. - Important part of your role is jointly responsible (with Channel Managers/ Key Accounts Manager) for defining and optimizing sales strategy and allocation, annual budgets and investment at an OPC level. This is required to track the sales on monthly basis to ensure optimal spending. - Defining and optimizing delegated PFME strategy and allocation, annual budgets and investment, as well as tracking and maintaining spending in collaboration with the Brand Managers are the core task of this job. - The most critical part of your job is "WHO and Local Code Compliance which means all the employees will strictly abide by the WHO/ Local Code in the execution of their job in its letter and spirit. Employees are prohibited from making any direct contact with pregnant women and mothers of infants and young children in their business capacity. As part of their job, the employees will refrain from making any direct contact with pregnant women and mothers even for the purpose of providing informational or educational function"

Requirements

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL? - Experience at least 7 Years in Marketing and sales preferably in Nutrition/ Pharmaceutical industry in the local market including knowledge about products, competitor awareness. - Since you manage a lot of stakeholders internally & externally on a daily basis, you must have a strong leadership skills, flexible and be good in impacting and convincing others. Academicals Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or any related fields is required. - A lot of the work we do is local as well as global, so it’s essential you have strong language skills in English and Farsi -both spoken and written. - You need to have strong proactive corporation in order to effectively communicate the category vision/objectives in order to gain organizational alignment and commitment.
