Job Description
Main responsibilities: Some duties will include but not be limited to: - Present our products and develop new ideas to increase market share - Monitoring and controlling stores performance according to KA dep sales goals - Doing the Merchandising activities in order to make our products more visible & available - Checking stock on shelves, their prices, planograms - Merchandising products based on company policies - Follow up new Sales promotions and prepare the required feed backs - Responsible for achieving sales target - Doing sales negotiations at store level -Current Residence: Tehran (west preferably)
Requirements
-Having relevant certificate in related field is a plus -At least 2 years experience in related fields (chain store,field sales experience) -Excellent skills at Microsoft Office package, especially in Excel & PowerPoint -Familiar with FMCG industry is preferred -Excellent communication and negotiation skills -Team player, planning, cheerful, energetic, Self-motivated -Be flexible and adaptable -Aggressive Sales Characteristic -Great people management skills -Hard worker and Great Team work player -Highly motivated, Proactive and dynamic -Ideal Age Range: Maximum 35 -Language Skills: Good command in English is a plus
