Job Description
• Supervising heads of store managers to ensure that they are leading and mentoring their teams successfully • Organizing heads of regional stores resulted by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, and appraising results. • Weekly Meeting with the heads of regional stores. • Implementing sales strategies across the company and monitoring effectiveness. • Presenting sales results to the CEO • Monitor the quality of marketing and sales information and define data improvement programs • Commitment to the principles of budget thing and program fulfillment. • Problem-solving skill • Technical skills in strategic planning and sales planning and forecasting. • Build a sales plan, analyze data, prepare required reports and provide market insight for sales development and Marketing team • Regular visits to the market for back check and to review and evaluate performance of sales force based on KPIs • Work closely with Logistic department and try to improve efficiency of on-time and complete supply of products in respective area • Ensure sustainable achievement of expected results in terms of KPIs and fundamentals like coverage, distribution, in-store visibility/availability in respective area • Responsible of new store openings, carrying out operational processes. • Supports the store managers as a mentor when necessary. • Manages the warehouses which are not under the control of Logistics Department
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree Minimum five years’ experience in leading a sales team. Fluent in English Strong Leadership skills with a coaching mindset. Energetic. Ideal Age Range: 33 – 45. Good presentation skills. Eager to learn and improve Excellent communication and negotiation skills Sales and marketing knowledge Required to have frequent trips. Strong Analytical mind Must be able to think strategically Work calmly and positive under pressure
