Job Description

This position is responsible for supervising the daily operations and key initiatives of chain stores development. Additionally, will ensure the successful integration of all initiatives throughout the company. Main responsibilities: • Build, train and lead sales representatives. • Strong Negotiating and closing deals with key accounts. (Chain stores, organizations &wholesalers, etc.) • Establishing very strong relationship with chain stores managers. • Achieve sales targets at key accounts level. • Prepare sales and inventory reports. • Prepare overview about sampling, promotions, distribution, merchandising, range management within all the promotions and activities in stores. • Regular market visits to ensure the full implementation of sales policies. • Manage accounts promoters within the stores include their month end incentives and assign sales targets with their strong engagement. • Deliver training/coaching and tools in order to drive higher performance at retail to capture Business to Business growth. • Assist in creating and implementing an annual growth strategy including marketing and communication plans for corporate at stores levels. • Integrate key company-wide functional areas, including merchandising, marketing and store operations. Work cross-functionally with stores leadership to align on responsibilities and goals.

Requirements

• BSC/MS in marketing management, MBA, or related field • At least +3 years of relevant experience (The experience in FMCG is an important). • Age: 33-38 no matter male or female. • Dominant in chain & B to b sales. • Self-Motivated and ability to work in a team and under pressure. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Ability to develop and maintain positive business relationships and professional and personal credibility with individuals at all organizational levels as well as existing and future customer base. • Ability to supervise team members to include developing training programs, assessing performance, providing guidance and coaching, etc. • Ability to be highly self-motivated, energetic, and a self-starter with a strong eagerness to learn. • High degree of analytical and creative thinking skills to drive improvement Demonstrated proficiency and working knowledge of computers and related software and applications including Google business applications (e.g., Docs, Sheets and Slides). • Ability to be highly organized, detail oriented and utilize good time management skills. • Above average written and verbal communication skills. Working principle: • Travel: routine travel almost internal. • Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday; 8 AM-4 PM, Thursday; 8AM-1PM • Reporting to: Sales Manager • Work Place: North Sohrevardi Ave. in Tehran
