Job Description

-Preparing IMP (Integrated Master Plan) per brands, per category and per SKU -Implement and monitor defined KPIs for the sales team along with in-store KPIs such as visibility, availability, planogram, etc. within national key account stores -Visiting Chain Stores accounts and taking orders to their stock-level and shelves -Supervise the efficiency of cash flow and on-time payment of accounts along with monitoring the off-take of products in stores and provide solutions -Defining the DPSM strategies for the brands at channel level -Preparing the design of POSM (Point of Sales Materials) like secondary display stands, poster, shelf talker, wobbler, mesh sticker, window sticker, selling guides, sales presenter, dangler, rollup banner, shop sign -Accountable for Key account development projects, Trade-Marketing activities, competition activities, product launches and other relevant Key account projects -Generate information and provide insight regarding the customer’s business/ capabilities/ trends -Close monitoring of the competition for contingency plan preparation -Management of team field visits through the back check and visiting different stores and make sure that Key Account universe is fully covered by sales executives -Prepare different types of report regarding market situation, competitor activities and other required information based on request of top management -Defining targets (distribution, volume, value and display) at SKU, Category and channel level -Setting slow moving SKUs promotional strategies to boost company's revenue -Finding proper foreign markets for exporting the products -Working with shippers, agents and vendors in a foreign market -Ensure that shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry and the export market local country laws -Implement Sales plans and coordinate sales and trade-marketing activities for key account team within sales targets and predefined activities

Requirements

-5 - 10 years of experience in sales/distribution industry with similar environment -FMCG experience in modern trade is a must; solid understanding of the chain store environment / FMCG industry -Excellent familiarity with foreign trade and export, particularly in the European market and neighboring markets -Great understanding of the Incoterms, import and export terms. -Design and analyze promotion schemes and able to provide activity information -Excellent negotiation skills, strong outstanding communication & interpersonal skills -Excellent ICDL and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint,) -Excellent customer orientation, networking skills and attitude -Excellent speaking and writing abilities in English -Minimum BS degree in a business or related field -Familiar with sales metrics and KPIs -Knowledge of contract documents -Great follow up skills
