Job Description

- Implement Sales plans and coordinate sales and trade-marketing activities for key account team within sales targets and predefined activities - Implement and monitor defined KPIs for the sales team along with in-store KPIs such as visibility, availability, planogram, etc. within stores - Accountable for Key account development projects, Trade-Marketing activities, competition activities, product launches and other relevant Key account projects - Generate information and provide insight regarding the customer’s business/ capabilities/ trends - Management of team field visits through the back check and visiting different stores and make sure that Key Account universe is fully covered by sales executives - Prepare different types of report regarding market situation, competitor activities and other required information based on request of top management - Visit national chain stores in different provinces and provide required reports

Requirements

- 5 years of experience in sales/distribution industry with similar environment - Solid understanding of the chain store environment - Design and analyze promotion schemes and able to provide activity information - Excellent negotiation skills, strong outstanding communication & interpersonal skills - Excellent ICDL and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint,) - Excellent customer orientation & networking skills - Minimum BS degree in a business or related field - Familiar with sales metrics and KPIs - Knowledge of contract documents - Regular Chain store field visits - Team work ability - Good command of English - Time management & problem solving - Ability to work under pressure - Maximum Age 40 - Good Follow up
