Job Description

Main Objectives: Managing the company financial and accounting information for internal and external purposes. Overseen financial risk in every managerial decision. Recommend strategies to maximize financial health always in compliance with local regulations. Main tasks (including without limited to): Display expertise in management of P&L for the organization. Drives monthly financial analysis, reporting and projections to deliver a dash-board view of the Company’s fiscal health that can enable timely managerial responsiveness and ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic plan. Drive annual budgets and financial forecasting for managerial decision making. Manage daily cash flows with insights and provide management in-depth analysis of fund flow reports. Oversee all the functions of the Accounting department; accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, fixed assets and bank reconciliations Apt at handling internal & external audits, manage the statutory compliances as per requirements. Responsible for all financial legal compliance reports and local government presentation and information requirements. Should have knowledge of tax planning and tax management. Proactively supports staff and Executive Team in identifying, exploring and addressing fiscal questions and challenges Assist in the planning and integration of our systems, data and reporting to create efficiencies within the Accounting and Finance department, as well as across multiple departments in the organization Good expertise in project management and understanding of project management to lead ac-hoc projects. Result oriented; demonstrates urgency and holds self and others accountable for achieving high standards of performance and service to all other departments within the organization.

Requirements

Education: Economics or Accounting Degree. Master with focus in finance or administration is a plus Language: English and Iranian knowledge is a plus Skills: Above 10 years in Finance function and 5 years above at management level Experiences in foreign enterprise (edible oil business is a plus) Should be apt in managing internal and external stakeholders Strong in Overall Finance Management, good leadership exposure and interpersonal skills, strong influencing skills.
