Job Description

We are looking for an experienced leader to join our company in the role of CEO (Chief Executive Officer). The company is running some mobile applications with an extensive market, just one of them has already more than 1 million users. The CEO will develop and approve strategies to meet investor, users, and employee needs and work closely with the Board of Directors, serving as managing director of corporate operations. This position should communicate with people inside and outside the company to discover what policies, products, and marketing strategies will help the company move forward and make important decisions that affect the company's direction and its employees. The ideal candidate for this position has previous corporate management experience and a proven track record for effective team management and results-driven leadership that can manage the overall operations of a company, including product development, marketing, and communications. • Direct the company in keeping with the vision outlined for the company by the Board of Directors • Provide and present improvement and development plans in line with the company's objectives for the board • Monitor, evaluate, and oversee all activities of the company, establishing goals for each department in partnership with division managers • Proper interaction with stakeholders and networking • Keep up with current trends in the e commerce industry and modern business practices

Requirements

• Strong ability to design and digital marketing campaign including content marketing and digital advertisement • Reasonable experience of product management in Software industry • At least 5 years’ experience in middle executive management and 3 years senior management in private companies • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields • Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, make decisions, and solve problems quickly • Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts, and development of others • Organizational skills, including big picture thinking, prioritizing, multitasking, persuasion, flexibility, creativity and innovation • Ideal age range: 30-40
