Job Description

- Welcoming visitors and clients - Scheduling appointments and meetings, in accordance with CEO's schedule - Answer phone and providing prioritized call list to CEO, give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls - Handling correspondence, and reporting to CEO - Coordinating conferences and meetings - Communicating with individuals and departments, meeting arrangements when needed - Respecting confidentiality of documents and all information - Attending before CEO in the office and leaving after him - Organizing publications distribution for relevant staff - Bookkeeping CEO's petty cash

Requirements

- More than 2 years of experience as secretary or similar administrative role - Excellent knowledge of MS office specially Excel, word and outlook - Excellent time management - Good communication skills - team work and organization skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines - Gender Preference: Female - Ideal Age Range: 25 – 35 - Fluent in English
