Job Description
-Scheduling all appointments and meeting agendas, and setting up appropriate reminders
-Maintaining an effective computer based filing system and manual archiving and documentation where needed
-Handling all incoming and outgoing calls, emails and correspondences and preparing relevant reports to CEO and other responsible authorities
-Executing tasks allocated by supervisors as well as those assigned by/or related to CEO
-Greeting guests, customers and clients as a receptionist and handling their inquiries
-Coordinating and assisting all management activities
-Reading and analyzing incoming faxes, memos, submissions and distributing them as needed
-Managing and scheduling CEO and/or members of board travels including booking tickets, transport and accommodation and proceeding with visa procedures as well
-Organizing events and conferences
-Keeping confidentiality regarding company documents, information and data, ensuring their security
