Job Description

- Setting up and registering appointments and meetings of managers - Typing Letter and their edits - Documentation and paper and electrical documentation - Assist the CEO in planning, organizing, and executing of all daily activities - Monitoring the CEO's agenda, managing the phone, the fax, e-mail traffic, - Preparing Internal meeting minutes & submit timely reports. - Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate colleague.

Requirements

- Being able to handle multiple work items at same time and prioritize them in a proper way - Being precise and has good memory - Gender Preference: Female - Good telephone manners - Well-dressed - Good Knowledge of English - Being patient, on time and also honest!
