Job Description

- Monitors office operations including telephone calls, general administrative tasks and schedules appointments and meetings. - Foreign negotiation including commercial contents. - Gather data and regularly update the related database. - Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents. - Welcome visitors and guests and handle their inquiries. - Follow up all the tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and Organization skills (written and verbal). - University Qualification: BS - Teamwork minded - High energy level and flexibility to work. - Ability to handle multiple tasks. - Fluent in English, both writing and speaking. - Gender: Female
