• Manage and maintain executives' schedules and day-to-day administrative affairs of the office. • scheduling all appointments, and conferences • Answer telephones and give information to callers, • Take messages or transfer calls to appropriate individuals • Gender Preference: Female

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years’ experience in this field • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Full command of computer knowledge (MS-Office) • Energetic, self-motivated with a good teamwork spirit • Time management • BA degree in related fields • Full command of English • Ideal Age Range: 25 to 35 • Location: Tehran, Vanak Area
