Job Description

We are looking for a personal assistant who is responsible for: ● Manage calendar, including time, tasks, and scheduling all appointments and meetings. ● Assist with the preparation of presentations and narrative documentation. ● Follow through with allocated tasks and ensure appropriate and timely action on deliverables. ● Manage weekly and monthly reporting. ● Organize events as required. ● Responsible for the overall direction and coordination of the team's administration.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree. ● Fluent in English. ● Minimum 4 years of work experience in related areas. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines. ● Fantastic organizational and time management skills. ● Meticulous attention to detail. ● Fluent in MS Office. ● Working experience in multinational companies is an advantage.
