Job Description

- Managing all the administrative affairs of the CEO - Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence - Arranging appointments - Typing, preparing and collating reports filing - Organizing and servicing meetings - Managing databases - Implementing new procedures and administrative systems - Liaising with relevant organizations and clients - Logging or processing bills or expenses - Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients

- Education: BA - Advanced in Microsoft office . - Age :24-35 - Gender: female - Advanced in team work, being active, energetic, effective communication - Good at English - Being patience, flexible - Expert in doing executive affairs
