Job Description

- Organizing, planning & following up the internal activities related to the management office and legal documents and assisting the CEO - Organizing and managing CEO’s daily, weekly and monthly schedule following up all tasks determined by CEO and presenting results report accordingly - Gather data from other divisions and regularly update the related database - Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports (Sales, Financial, and Commercial) - Coordinate and maintains the managers’ calendar and schedules appointments and coordinates meeting/conferences. - Answering phone and providing prioritized call list to CEO, give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals - Coordinating and handling of business trips and preparing required documents - Attending meetings on behalf of the CEO - Managing tall necessary arrangements for attending exhibitions - Prepares meeting agendas, prepares and distributes meeting notices, provides attendance sheets, and arranges audiovisuals and conferences/teleconferences. - Communicating with individuals and departments in a friendly and professional manner - Respecting confidentiality of documents and all information

Requirements

- At least Bachelor degree in any field - Minimum 2 years of work experience in related areas - Excellent communication and Organization skills (written and verbal) - Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively - Mastering Office software especially Excel & Word, Electronic mails & office automation systems - Taking the initiative with impeccable multi-tasking abilities - Strong organizational skills, problem solving, leadership abilities, flexibility and excellent communication skills - Detail oriented and able to work under tight deadlines - Good command of English Language - Gender Preference: Female - Ideal Age: 20-38 - Province: Hafte TIr- Ghaem Magham Ave
