Job Description

- Managing and organizing the daily, weekly and monthly program of the manager. - Establishing communication and coordination of units. - Making the necessary arrangements for planning meetings. - Following the team indicators. - Analysis of data and data related to the unit. - To prioritize and advance multiple tasks simultaneously. - Organize and maintain the office filing system.

Requirements

- Minimum degree: Bachelor's degree. - At least 3 years’ Experience in related field. - Mastery in using MS Office software. - Multitasking capabilities - Positive Service delivery and Hospitality attitude. - High level of communication, team work and organization skills. - Familiar with English. - Regular and accurate.
