Job Description

• Assisting the CEO in planning, Organizing, and executing of all daily activities. • Organizing and managing CEO’s daily, weekly and monthly schedule following up all tasks determined by CEO and presenting results report. • Scheduling appointments and meetings, in accordance with CEO's schedule. • Providing prioritized call list to CEO • Maintaining executive’s agenda and assisting in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences • Attend meetings and keep minutes • Handling and prioritizing all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters and packages) and report to CEO

Requirements

• University Qualification: Bachelor/Master degree • Minimum 5 years of work experience in related areas • Fluent communication in written and spoken English. • Ability to do administrative letter and archive • Excellent knowledge of MS-OFFICE. • Ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and deal with challenging work environments • Excellent time management and perfect attention to details. • Ability to co-ordinate multiple activities, act decisively and work autonomously. • Ability to lead and persuade people. • Patient, disciplined, punctual, trustful and creative personality • Excellent team player and high degree of interpersonal and presentation skills. • Detailed oriented, organized and ability to work independently • Age: Maximum 40 years old
