Job Description

- Assist the CEO in planning, organizing, and executing of all daily, weekly and monthly activities - Following up all tasks determined by CEO and reporting the results - Scheduling appointments and meetings, in accordance with CEO's schedule - Handling correspondence, and reporting to CEO - Coordinating conferences and meetings - Communicating with individuals and departments, meeting arrangements when needed - Respecting confidentiality of documents and all information

Requirements

- Fluent English - Having excellent knowledge in Microsoft office package - Being well organized and having good time management skills - Being Teamwork minded - Being a good listener and active in work environment - Having Positive attitude toward clients and suppliers - Having Good &professional public relation - Having skills of solving problem - Having systematic thinking
