Job Description

•Main Objective: We are looking for well-organized, experienced office manager and ability to do finance. She will assist the CEO in planning, organizing, and executing of all daily activities. •Main Responsibilities: -Organizing and managing CEO’s daily, weekly and monthly schedule following up all tasks determined by CEO and presenting results report -Coordinating office management activities -Providing financial document and excel for financial manager -Reviewing and controlling Time & attendance data, providing related reports -Organizing, and executing of all daily activities -Respecting confidentiality of documents and all information -Managing and coordinating meeting, conferences, travel arrangements and accommodation affairs -Preparing official letters, checking all the emails of the company, Checking faxes, Answer and direct phone calls -Performing affairs related to works out of office

Requirements

-Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields -Multitasking capabilities -Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively -Excellent Organization Skills -Time flexibility & Management -Excellent attention to detail and accurate working -Self-motivated & committed -Excellent verbal communication skills -Problem Solving & result oriented -Able to work under pressure -Good knowledge in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening) -Gender Preference: Female -Ideal Age Range: 27 - 38
