Job Description
• Directing & Coordinating the CEO’s daily priorities, appointments, calendar, tasks, meetings, deadlines, etc.
• Screen incoming visitors, phone calls, communication and directed to CEO for relevance, prioritization and importance.
• Assist with completing deadlines, creating documents, assignments, gathering reports, information and initiate communication on behalf of CEO
• Review, create, organize, proofread and maintain confidential corporate.
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
