Job Description

• Directing & Coordinating the CEO’s daily priorities, appointments, calendar, tasks, meetings, deadlines, etc. • Screen incoming visitors, phone calls, communication and directed to CEO for relevance, prioritization and importance. • Assist with completing deadlines, creating documents, assignments, gathering reports, information and initiate communication on behalf of CEO • Review, create, organize, proofread and maintain confidential corporate. • Make travel and accommodation arrangements

Requirements

• Minimum of Associates Degree, Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering preferred • 3-5 years Executive or Corporate Assistant. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • High level working knowledge of computer software to include Microsoft Office, meeting software • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Multitasking
