Job Description

- Arranges, manages and organizes CEO daily, weekly and monthly schedule - Foreign negotiation including commercial contents. - Arranging meetings, Collecting and coordinating the flow of internal and external information. - Gather data and regularly update the related database. - Prepare Internal /external assigned by the management and related reports. - Handle Employee inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs. - Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents - Communicating with individuals and departments such as suppliers, clients and … - Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents. - Prepares meeting agendas, prepares and distributes meeting notices, provides attendance sheets, and arranges audiovisuals and conferences/teleconferences. - Attends meetings, takes minutes, and follows up on action items with appropriate staff. - P.O box, Emails and other correspondence daily check. - Research and developments.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and Organization skills (written and verbal) - Bachelor’s degree required (At least) - Minimum of 3+ years of experience as assistant of CEO. - Ability to Multi-task and strong organization and problem solving. - Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties. - Friendly and professional demeanor. - Regular, accurate and timely in doing things. - Ability to co-ordinate multiple activities. - Gender Preference: Only Female. - Age Preference: Maximum 40.
