Job Description

Namakaran industrial group is looking for a personal assistant to the CEO whom should be responsible for tasks mentioned as below: - Organize, plan & follow up the internal activities related to the management office - Manage the phone calls and E-mail traffic - Prepare Internal /external assigned by the management and related reports - Organize management daily, weekly and monthly schedule - Arrange and confirm meetings and appointments - Gather data and regularly update the related database - Coordinate with different divisions - Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents - Organize and coordinate meetings and conferences - Maintain schedules and calendars

Requirements

- Must be male. - Single - Age 25 to 35. - Accurate and punctual - Acquainted with Turkish and English. - Responsible for all necessary follow-ups - Acceptable knowledge of ICDL - General administration functions. - Time flexible and available for travel - Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
