Job Description
-Coordinating and attending all meeting, referring tasks and following them up.
-Providing general administrative support
-Managing and organizing CEO daily works
-Make arrangements for meeting and conferences
-Meet schedules and time lines
-Work closely with all Directors-Prepare and manage correspondences, reports and documents
-Coordinate all commercial emails with commercial manager and do all ordering and follow up
-Assist the CEO in planning, organizing and executing of all daily activities
-Handling correspondence and reporting CEO
