Job Description

- Handle administrative work and subsequent problems and issues independently - File and retrieve corporate letters, documents, records, and reports - Preparing (type and print) official correspondence and documents - Answering and dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails of managers and company (Handle phone calls, take messages, or direct them to appropriate individuals) - Making travel and accommodation arrangements for Company clients - Handling confidential information in line with the firms data security protocols - Arranging meetings and any office works (scheduling, requirements and event calendars) - Archiving the documents, familiar with Automation Systems and expert in office skills. - Follow up her manager orders and assigned tasks at different stages

Requirements

-University Degree BSc and higher, Field not Important, Governmental university degrees more passionate -At least 5 years of the same experience of office works specially in CEO office and non-governmental Factories Core Competencies - Familiar with English - Trustworthy and able to work in highly confidential environments - Having a fast and accurate typing speed in English and Persian -Being Fluent in English Speaking and listening - Accuracy, Excellent organizational skills, Confidentiality, Planning and Time management excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to accurately maintain computerized and manual filing/documentation systems - Good communication with different departments in order to have an effective cooperation. -Ideal Age: 26-35 -Gender: Male (Active Service Completion Card Required) or Female -Job Location: Unit10, No.56, Golfam St, Nelson Mandella (Jordan) Blv, Tehran, Iran, Headquarter Office -Working time: 8:00 am to 20:00 Pm (Saturday to Wednesday), 8:00 to 16 (Thursday)
