Job Description
- Planning the CEO activities and meetings .
-Follow up the task and duties which referred to units and managers .
- Reviewing the letters and documents received to the CEO 's office and referring them to various units .
- Archiving documents and drafting letters .
- Coordinate meetings .
- Preparing the reports required by the CEO.
- Arranges , manages and organizes CEO daily ,weekly and monthly schedule .
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing / incoming correspondence ( Emails , Letters , etc ) and report to Managing Director .
- Answer / dispatch phone calls , take messages , receive / send fax and emails , type letters and archive all written correspondence .
