Job Description

• Manage and maintain executives' schedules. • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. • Prepare agendas and make arrangements, such as coordinating catering for luncheons, for the committee, board, and other meetings. • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. • Attend meetings to record minutes. • Compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel, Internet) • Knowledge of the English language • Excellent computer skills • Ability to research online • have at least 3-5 years relevant experience • Minimum Bachelor's degree • Good team Player • Self-motivated • High discipline and hardworking • Negotiation and effective communication skills • Teamwork abilities and skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks
