CEG Specialist (Device Dept.)
● Main responsibilities: supplier sourcing, selection (bidding, negotiation, etc.), routine communication with suppliers and performance management, procurement contract preparation and negotiation, and procurement fulfillment monitoring.
● Establish long-term and stable cooperation relationships with suppliers based on Huawei's procurement strategies.
● Analyze procurement requirements, analyze the industry market, search for potential suppliers, gain competitive advantages in procurement, and ensure the effectiveness of procurement strategies.
● Identify risks caused by changes in the global procurement environment, establish and implement a risk prevention system, and ensure the stability of services.
