Job Description
The main responsibilities are:
- Develop, implement and adjust annual Marketing strategy and plan (Innovation & Communication) across all brands within relative category - review and agree brand objectives and prepare volume, value and margin forecasts
- Engaging consumers to gain an in depth understanding of the category and need for specialist products. Develop Company-wide deep understanding of market dynamics and consumers - Qualitative & Quantitative research analysis.
- Lead the process of brand development, in line with Category strategies
- Ensuring availability of products (sourced and locally manufactured) and leading discussions on issues relating to the brand and taking corrective action
- Budget management of total Marketing budget on yearly & monthly basis for relevant category and its brands
