Job Description

● Perform trade operations including custom clearance, insurance, transportation, warehousing, cargo operation (domestic and Import), vessel operations, demurrage, etc. ● Deal with agents and surveyors for each discharge and loading. ● Plan terminals and storage. ● Provide freight and bunkering costs to the commercial team. ● Update storage inventory files and report storage stock to the commercial team to enable them to plan cargo. ● Update vessel daily report file and check vessel noon report and voyage cost. ● Audit the process during storage, blending, transportation, and managing off-hires. ● Log all-time charter vessels' fuel consumption, voyage distance, trade NO, speed and cargo type, and quantity. ● Follow up with masters, agents, and surveyor terminals to make sure everything is in order to operate for load, and discharge. ● Monitor demurrage risks and notify trading teams when schedules come under pressure.
