Job Description

● Keeping records of transactions and bills at all points of sale in accordance with best practices and accounting standards. ● Generating and interpreting reports of a sales to assist decision making. ● Generating market potential through forecasting, lead generation, recommending new products and services, and closing sales The professional needs to identify market potential by qualifying accounts. ● Initiating sales process by scheduling appointments, making initial presentations. ● Understanding account requirements, closing building rapport with the potential accounts, explaining product and service capabilities. ● Overcoming objections, and preparing contracts. ● Contributing information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products from accounts. ● Recommending new products by evaluating current product results by identifying needs.

Requirements

● Strong record-keeping and book keeping skills. ● Fine knowledge of sales accounting concepts and procedures. ● Good familiarity with accounting standards. ● Familiarity with point of sales accounting is a plus. ● Excellent Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel). ● Excellent knowledge of and mastery over sales taxing regulations. ● Excellent command of seasonal purchasing, sales, and value added. ● Teamwork abilities. ● Good communication and negotiation skills.
