Job Description

•To review and check vendor contracts/motivations/CR and update CAPEX Management DB based on CAPEX Governance Framework & approved budget. •To contributes to preparing Capex Budget and determine variances against the plan. •To communicate with PMs and relevant team to check project progress & required capitalization data for done jobs. •To provide overall capitalization report and submit it to the Fixed asset team based on approved SLA and agreed on the template. •To prepare monthly capitalization report of delivered equipment by checking with relevant PM & send it to fixed asset based on approved SLA and agreed on the template. •To reconcile capitalization booking by fixed asset on the financial system with reported capitalization and resolve mismatches with a fixed asset team and prepare required reversal. •To control capitalization trend, investigate the reasons specifically on abnormal cases, and determine variances against Capitalization Plan. •To investigate capitalization variance against Cap from different information resources and report it to CAPEX Manager. •To check if the capitalization process is integrated and information is aligned with other team outputs. •To prepare different reports and presentations on capitalization for the group and Finance Planning. •To investigate CPU (Capacity Planning Unit), PMs, Program Control, and monitoring team also engineers report alignment on capitalization and escalate issues to the manager.
