Job Description

- Answering incoming calls, detecting customers' problems and following them - Calling customers periodically in order to explain new services to them and check the activities of POS devices - Ticketing customers requests through the software system and following them up to the result - Reporting POS usage periodically

Requirements

- Effective communication - Deep problem solving - Stress management - Customer-Oriented thinking - At least 2 years of experience in customer service - Familiarity with payment system is an advantage
