1..Informs the applicants about the visa procedures on the phone. 2.Records the paid appointments and informs the applicant about the date and time of the appointment. 3.Keep following passport only if it is Germany. 4.In special cases, (applications which have exceeded the normal application period) passport information is exchanged with necessary units and information is obtained.)


1..Domination at a level, where we can communicate on the phone, at least one of the languages of the countries we are working with. 2.High self-expression skill. 3.Should be attentive in talking, on the level to represent the company. 4.Patient and empathy skills. 5.Good Knowledge of English
