Job Description
Responsibilities – 4 main areas:
1. P&L Management:
- Manages the P&L for the business unit in Iran; responsible for achieving all relevant KPI’s. - Develops the strategy and infrastructure for growth of the entire business unit
- Develops and delivers against annual sales volumes, pricing and profit goals
2. Customer Management:
- Liaises with international franchise team on business and marketing plans - Works closely together with production and distribution companies in achieving retail customer performance targets
- Develops the Modern Trade strategy and joined implements consumer and trade marketing programs
- Builds lasting effective customer relationships within the retail environment
3. Growth Management:
- Constantly drives to grow the business with our customers, by identifying and promoting business opportunities
- Sets out the commercial strategy and supervises the marketing team - Expands business to new segments of existing and new customer accounts
4. Delivery Management:
- Is accountable for ensuring quality, timely and on budget delivery of the Business Unit operations, solutions and projects
- Works hand in hand with counterparts in production and distribution to optimize delivery
