Job Description

● Have a key role in developing annual business plan through analyzing the market, setting strategies, planning and budgeting. ● Meet sales targets and objectives of the business unit. ● Manage expenses of the unit within approved allocated budget, through regular monitoring and adjusting. ● Lead BU team members to achieve their objectives through managing, couching and motivating. ● Control and monitor implementation of sales strategies and tactics and provide feedback and market intelligence to sales and marketing director. ● Guide Medical representatives and promote their personal development based on defined career path in the organization. ● Implement the approved marketing and sales strategies to achieve the goals, ● Investigate opportunities and risks in the market and proceed to update strategies and tactics accordingly. ● Set annual personal objectives for the team and assess their performance accordingly.

Requirements

● Pharma D or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology from a renowned university. ● Having at least 7 years of successful work experience in sales and marketing in pharmaceutical industry. ● Up to date sales and marketing knowledge and good insight from pharmaceutical market. ● High skills in leadership, people management, developing self and others. ● Effective communication, presentation and negotiation skills. ● Good command of English (written and spoken). ● Ideal age: 35 – 45. ● Good at necessary IT skills.
