Job Description

● Interact with other team members in order to advance intermodal processes and the processes which are affected by each other. ● Monitor infrastructure of hosts: Zabbix. ● Support business systems and CRM software (emails, calls, and tickets). ● Documentation. ● Resolve users' issues (emails, calls, and tickets). ● Keep all tickets up to date with steps taken for troubleshooting how they were resolved. ● Follow up with end-users or customers to ensure issue resolution. ● Keep team lead or manager apprised of trends in tickets that could potentially be a major incident and be aware of all Major Incidents and communications surrounding them.

Requirements

● 2 years of experience working within IT infrastructure, software configuration, operations, sales support, and customer care (In the telecommunication field). ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT Engineering, or equivalent fields. ● Fluent in English. ● Proven skills in Help Desk, technical support, documentation, and IT procurement. ● Fluent in TSQL and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. ● Knowledge of Infrastructure, platforms, Microsoft Services, and databases. ● Certification in CCNA, MCSE, MTCNA, and ITIL is a plus. ● Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Ability to work with other groups in order to resolve incidents. ● Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure situations. ● Familiar with ITIL and ticketing systems. ● Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills.
