As Business Support Manager, you will be responsible for overall performance of the business support department and you will be part of site management team. In addition to this, your responsibilities would include: General management of Local Manufacturing Tehran Business Support function, including training and development of employees, develop and maintain business strategy for Local Manufacturing Tehran, communication with all stakeholders especially Novo Nordisk Pars, production planning on all production lines in Local Manufacturing Tehran, warehouse management of components, semi-finished and finished goods, including stock levels, controlling and purchasing activities for the whole site. Secure annual budget planning and monthly follow up for Local Manufacturing Tehran. Project and investment portfolio management is also your responsibility. Develop Environment Health Safety (EHS) strategy and initiatives in Local Manufacturing Tehran and responsible for outsourced services (guards, canteen, cleaning etc.) You are responsible for site IT infrastructure and IT shared services. Requirements
The ideal candidate should at least have a bachelor’s degree in financial or business administration or similar field with at least 3+ years of business support manager experience including being part of the site leadership team in an international environment (energy, electronics, pharma, food or cosmetics). To succeed in this role the ideal candidate will need an open mindset who can work independently and as a team player with a strong focus on results. Further to this, you should have good communication skills with the ability to establish good relationship with local and global team.
