Job Description

- Prepare a comprehensive budget that delivers the greatest value to the business. - Keep detailed records of daily revenue and cash flow and control business P&L - Report to higher management when the business is over budget or not reaping expected profits - Work with other managers and key departments of the organization such as Marketing, Technical R&D, supply chain, Graphic designing, financial, production and especially sales & distribution channels. - Negotiate, renegotiate, and administer contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives. - Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. - Prepare Business Plan and Business Model with cooperation of Marketing team. - Integrate supply chain and sales to enhance product profitability - Ensure employees move in the same strategic direction to achieve its mission - Organize, plan & follow up the internal activities - Contribute to designing and continuous monitoring of staff performance - Lead and oversee ongoing executive processes in the organization and ensure that employees are well-run - Analyze potentials related to company services and plan, execute and provide performance improvement strategies - Assist in new product development and enhancements. - Hold regular meetings with related operational departments like production, quality and logistics to resolve open issues and make internal balance within the factory - Supervise on scheduling and prioritizing open tasks, according to the annual plan and sales.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field - At least 3 years experience in managing people - Great public speaking skills - Ability to handle multiple projects at once - Planning and organizational skills
