Job Description

● Update and change processes according to strategy plan and identify the control points. ● Support the company's overall business process strategy implementation Verify the global coherence of the company’s processes. ● Inform and advise the company’s top management about risks and internal control management. ● Foster internal control and risk management culture (COSO) within the Company and propose action plans to improve manager adherence. ● Develop business plans and strategies to align with company forecasts and goals. ● Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long-range planning; develops and implements projects and programs to assist in the accomplishment of established goals. ● Represent the organization at various community and/or business meetings, committees, and task forces; promotes existing and new programs and/or policies.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management, Industrial Management, or other related fields. ● At least 5 years of experience in managerial positions. ● Familiar with different methodologies in process management and improvement (i.e. Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.) ● Experience in designing SOPs and process maps. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations. ● Demonstrable analytical thinking and business insight. ● Come from a shipping background (FFD, Liner, Agency, etc) ● Listening and empathy skills. ● Influential and persuasive. ● Persistent and persevere. ● Relationship building skills. ● Strategy understanding. ● Outstanding leadership abilities. ● Experience in processes description, process reporting, and process reviews ● Experience working in a medium to large organization. ● Fluent in English.
