Job Description

- Provide input for developing business and divisional strategy - Prepare sales and marketing plans - Monitor actual sales and marketing outputs and revise plans as needed - Set and track specific sets of KPIs - Monitor strategic KPIs in specified time frames and generate strategic reports - Prepare yearly, quarterly and monthly budgets - Control budgets and provide feedback

Requirements

Experience: - 1-2 years of work experience as Sales/Business planner - Experience in Telecom industry is recommended Education: - B Sc. in Industrial Engineering or related fields - MBA, M.Sc. in management, industrial engineering or related fields Knowledge: - Managerial and Strategy literature - Budgeting - Finance - Data reporting and presenting methods Skill & Ability: - Advanced English - Professional in reporting - Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint - Statistical tools familiarity (SPSS) - Strong problem solving and analytical thinking - Strong interpersonal skills - Multitasking
