Job Description

- Participates in development, implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long-range planning; develops and implements projects and programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals. - Oversee and maintain the day-to-day operations of organization. - Develop business plans and strategies to align with company forecasts and goals. - Implement recommendations to improve processes and procedures. - Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets. - Support marketing, sales, PR, and operations. - Represents the organization at various community and/or business meetings, committees, and task forces; promotes existing and new programs and/or policies. - Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management or other related fields. - At least 3 years' experience in a management position. - Outstanding leadership abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations. - Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight.
