Job Description

- The incumbent will responsible for leading the execution of analytical plans which identify performance and execution results as well as comprehend the impact of local market issues on sales performance. - Provide analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations to support business planning process, ensuring that there is a thorough understanding of the distribution channels, customers, and competitors. - To define daily visit, routing and sequence of POSM for sales team in order to recruit the high potential customers based on company objective. - Developing and maintaining reporting on performance metrics for senior sales management

Requirements

- University degree in a relevant major - Experience in data analysis, insights development and market analysis - Ability to drive decision making through analytical insights - BI experience; data workflow management, understanding logic and requirements - Excellent communication skills and ability to build solid relationships with individuals at all levels, in multiple geographies and business functions, both internally and externally - Simplify complex situations; strong analytical & problem-solving skills - Strong project and process management with proven ability for planning, scheduling & coordinating - English fluency written and spoken.
