To support in provisioning of market planning, positioning, market entry mode, market segmentation, competitive and situational analysis, and communication plan for ATL/BTL in cooperation with brand and product team for assigned projects.
To generate monthly and weekly performance review reports of project progress versus business objectives and sales targets.
To research the potential markets for digital platform enablement projects, and life-cycle management plans according to approved roadmaps and milestones.
To define, execute, and oversee the entire digital campaign based on manager guidance and deal with the DG communication team and different business partners to deliver them.
To negotiate, convince, and onboard new businesses on the assigned projects and develop hands of contract.
To build and maintain proper relationships with Business Partners (BPs) to complete assigned tasks.
To escalate issues, fraud cases, miss-conductions, and business difficulties to the line manager for further action.
To follow up on complaints and issues raised by the Digital team and CR regarding assigned projects against BPs until their resolution.
To analyze market conditions, and size evaluate market needs and demands, and suggest new business opportunities.
To take the initiative and provide creative business models to empower and enable a digital ecosystem.
To meet business objectives and sales targets according to desired and determined goals.
To constantly act as a business development agent of digital enablement platforms, and products/services.
To formulate and implement marketing, and advertising in collaboration with the DG communication team, and apply techniques and tactics of the assigned per P&S vertical.
To capture and raise digital product requirements from a business perspective and address them to relevant internal and external teams.
To review digital products and services to ensure their compliance with set business objectives, license, and product document description (PDD) to gather requests and suggest changes on digital products and platforms according to business objectives.
To be able to initiate and act upon to increase the brand and business value of platforms, products, etc.
To work internally with digital insight, financial, and digital branding teams and cross-functionally with legal and regulatory, marketing, and IT for defining and handling business campaigns on products.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Marketing, Business Management) or a related.
At least 3 years of experience in an area of specialization; with experience in managing cooperation with BPs.
