Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to expand our clientele and analyze and identify business development opportunities. You will be the front of the company in negotiations, closing partnerships, co-branding, and sales deals. Responsibilities • Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them • Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, and vendors • Research organizations and individuals to identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, partnerships, co-branding, new products, and services • Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization • Arrange meetings, negotiate, and finalize deals • Shortlist and negotiate with brands to open their online store in Divar • Provide meaningful feedback from unsuccessful deals • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a business development manager or sales manager • Networking potential to contact senior industry managers easily • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to manage complex projects • Excellent intra-organizational skills • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Experience in marketing is a plus
