Job Description

- Building market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships. - Tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments. - Locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners. - Discovering and exploring business opportunities. - Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financial requirements. - Being able to perform a SWOT analysis for different business units - Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations. - Protecting organizational values by keeping the information confidential. - Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. -developing marketing and business plans to increase the company's market share and profitability - identifying latest trends in business by attending gairs, reviewing publications and benchmarking the industry by aiming to grow

Requirements

Master's Degree in one of the following majors: - Business Development - Economics or Finance - Marketing Having an engineering degree especially in textiles is a plus. And a proven track record in: - High communication skills and writing skills - Managerial skills - Negotiation skills - Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy - self-motivated and a team player - having a "can-do" attitude with a desire to exceed expectations - Fluent in English
