Job Description

•Main Objective: Business Development Manager (BDM) will be directly accountable for executing on and helping to define online market strategy, negotiating, closing and renewing online advertising campaigns, attending industry and market events. The primary focus is on maintaining and growing existing business, as well as identifying new growth markets/opportunities within the region. The ability to articulate and execute successful go-to-market strategies for each sub region will be essential to success on our team. •Main Responsibilities: -Online Digital Media Sales Strategy: You will drive and execute strategy to grow Media Solutions business. You'll be responsible for identifying key businesses in the financial sectors -External/Internal Stakeholder Management: You'll oversee the day-to-day performance of advertising partnerships and influence across other functions (including internal supply teams, marketing, operations, billing, product & media planners) to ensure successful campaign delivery and resolve issues as they arise. -Meet revenue targets and effectively build client facing relationships, pitch and influence at senior management level -Effectively navigate client issues through to resolution, analyze clients' needs and identify creative solutions

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree is a plus -Between 3-5 years working in a complex business environment (Fintech/Startup) with emphasis on selling of intangible services to leading corporations -You possess a validated ability to identify revenue opportunity through analysis and optimize revenue gains for Media Solutions through creative deals -Strong verbal and written communication with internal and external partners -Evangelize Media Solutions internally and work with our internal supply teams to increase value of partner -Structured, organized and able to prioritize to meet demands of the role -Deep knowledge of financial management -Previous success in a Sales or Business Development role is strongly desired -Experience with new business development and maintaining relationships -Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills; strong conceptual and analytical skills. -Extensive knowledge of business/economic environment -Strong pipeline analysis and opportunity forecasting skills -Strong customer-centered selling skills -Ability to present and defend point of view constructively and persuasively -Time and project team management skills -Very strong influence skills. Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills -Budget development/management skills -Independent; self-driven; well organized; inspires confidence in self, the product, and the company -Works well under pressure. Demonstrates sound business judgment, common sense and insight -Understands how to work with senior level management. Solutions oriented -Able to articulate a specific process for uncovering new opportunities from scratch without the use of a lead generation function -Able to use cold calling, networking, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to get to decision makers and make a strong case for the solution -Experience and a high comfort level with PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce (preferred) and be comfortable retrieving and interpreting data from various databases, including translating takeaways into PowerPoint slides -Gender Preference: Male -Fluent written and verbal English
