Job Description
● Propose sites for the opening of new stores within the assigned zone expansion plan.
● Negotiate the terms of lease agreements.
● Guarantee proper documentation for all lease agreements.
● Prepare periodical reports to inform BD senior manager, GM BD about the current status of planned or actual projects.
● Evaluate the catchment’s area potential and confirm it with the analysis of the consultant’s survey.
● Stay informed about competition activities and actions and identifies new opportunities and measures.
● Develop multi-department relationships for effective team works that bring a potential project to actual stores.
● Communicate clearly, lead the way, think group, bring innovation and thinking out of the box, self-management, and time management.
