Job Description

Reporting to: Financial Planning General Manager Level: Senior management Task Complexity: •To manage and maintain the ABC model (or any other approved costing models) to use the outputs in launching new products, services or promotions. •To lead preparation of new capex motivation and support related teams and divisions as a senior consultant •To participate in preparing and approving motivations prior to Capex Steering Committee. •To participate in Capex Steering Committee and providing feedback on agenda and action items. •To manage financial aspects related to CAPEX governance like driving the budget process, training and coaching the departments and being responsible for progress and variance reporting. •To manage preparation of monthly reports on CAPEX governance i.e OPCO and CAPEX report. •To drive and lead cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve budget related issues and develop systematic processes of acquiring the necessary budgetary and regulatory data from the various divisions. •To participate in emergency cash flow preparation for the company. •To manage USO Project Financials in both actual and budget. •To participate in feasibility analysis on new ventures and business development opportunities in conjunction with respective teams •To participate on analyzing proposed business initiatives aimed at CAPEX savings across all the departments in the company. •To analyze divisional budget requests and make recommendations for approval or modifications. •To work with Capacity Planning Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts. •To communicate to Capacity Planning Unit heads the reasons behind the product in terms of allocating CAPEX budget. •To oversee the special projects requested by the office of the CFO, COO. Supervisory/Leadership/Managerial Complexity: •Coaching subordinates on new developments in CAPEX, interconnect and other regulatory requirements. •Ensure compliance of all deadlines and reporting requirements.
