Job Description

Objective of the role: Increase the speed and quality of tenders process List of responsibilities: (1) Studying bid documents, Performing feasibility study & assessment of the contractor resources. (2) Provision of required documents to offer technical and commercial proposals in tenders or Analyse all documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates and provision of full package of commercial proposals. (3) Coordination and cooperation in order to estimate the price and time schedule of projects. (4) Providing required documents for alliance and joint venturing with other contractor and consultant companies in order to meet the conditions of different tenders. (5) Attending Technical & Commercial Clarification meetings with Subcontractors or Clients, Site visits, etc. (6) Market Research, Preparing MOU, Checking Contractual items & associated works. (7) RFQ Document Preparation , purchase orders, Evaluation of contractor's or bidders proposals based on price, quality, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities and the suppliers reputation and history.. Reporting to: Managing Director, Tender Manager, Planing Unit. Subordinates: No Subordinates. Length of Probation Period: 3 months. Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Travel requirements: Once a month outside the country.

Requirements

University Qualifications: BSc in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Road Engineering. . Nature and length of previous experience: 2 or 3 years experience as tenders & business development expert. . Soft Skills and Personality traits: Understanding International Payment Methods, Introduction to Logistics Management, Ability to work as a team member, Excellent analyzer, Having high precision. . Fluent in English
